Fantastic experience with Ben Walker as always. He really lines up with the culture at Defy – everyone I’ve spoken to over there is on-task, wastes no time, and gets the work done. What could be an hour appointment takes 20 minutes here. But the appointment is still 45-60 minutes! It’s like getting 2-3 consults in 1. Will continue to use Defy and ask for Dr. Walker in the future.
